New Hampshire Service Welcomes New Manager
Congratulations to Bret Noades who will be the Home Manager at our new Denmead Service in Hampshire.
Bret has worked for Hillcrest Childrens Services for over 10 years. He started his journey at Hillcrest Hayling Island in Hampshire and worked his way up.
Highlights over the years for Bret have been seeing young people progress and transition into foster care and in some cases back to families.
Bret has also taken pride in seeing his staff team develop. He had this to say. “I have worked with some very good people over the years. Its been very rewarding to see staff teams develop.”
With regards to the new service in Denmead Bret said: “I am really looking forward to starting my new role and the challenge of setting up a new service.”
Bret has high hopes for the home. “I’m looking forward to achieving Outstanding!”
The home will cater for girls with SEBD aged 8 – 17. The home is due to open in October 2016.
