OFG Children’s Behaviour Policy
Our new Children’s Behaviour Policy, designed by our pupils for our pupils, is now rolling out across
Outcomes First Group was thrilled to have been shortlisted of the Community care Inspiring images competition.
In the photo is Liz and her support worker May.
Liz has been supported by May for 4 years. Liz loves her pets, she has 2 cats and 2 dogs – Sparky and Maisy who are in the picture.
The dogs are great for Liz- they give her a sense of responsibility, keep her company and bring out her caring side.
Liz loves to go for walks, but needs support to do this, as she would not go out on her own. Liz has mental health issues so contact and consistency with staff make her feel that she is not alone.
Liz has daily visits from support workers. Her main need is to engage with the community; she is supported with shopping, appointments, walking the dogs and going for coffee.
May has worked for Outcomes First Group for 11 years. What May loves about her job is the chance to know and work with so many different characters.
