Outcomes First Group celebrates Great Place to Work™ Best Workplaces™ 2024 ranking

Celebrations are underway at Outcomes First Group, the UK’s leading specialist provider of education, as it been ranked a winner in the Great Place to Work™ Best Places to Work™ for the fourth time. Chief Executive Officer, David Leatherbarrow, thanked his 5,000+ team for their great work supporting neurodivergent pupils to access a great education that caters to their specific needs, abilities and aspirations. He said:

Once again, Outcomes First Group, far exceeded the 65% score in the employee and cultural survey, used to evaluate each organisation’s culture, programmes and practice, to secure a listing as a gold-standard employer. The highest-scoring survey statements included:

Rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses, alongside submissions from leaders go towards creating the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list. Data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions, against the culture their employees actually experience, provide the final scores. Only those businesses who achieved the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
