Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (inclusive of 1 sleep in per week)
Location: Oakham
Contract: Full Time; Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - Term Time Only
Shift Pattern: Monday through to Thursday late shifts 13.00/14.00 hrs to 22.00hrs. 1 sleep in per week. 1 in 5 Sunday evenings which includes the weekly sleep.
Essential: A full driving licence, access to own vehicle, and the Right to Work in the UK

Our next Senior Residential Support Worker will be someone who has:
- A full driving licence, access to own vehicle, and the Right to Work in the UK
- To possess or willing to work towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner, or NVQ equivalent.
- Experience in residential childcare
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and child protection policies
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.

The Grange Therapeutic School are specialist provision for boys and girls with Education Health Care Plans for social emotional and mental needs aged 8-18.
