Options Autism are hiring Adult Support Workers in the Grange area!
Role: Adult Support Worker
Location: Lindale, Grange over Sands
Salary: Up to £26,601.12 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (43.5 hours per week, 2 week rolling rota)
Rota: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Essential: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Who we are looking for:
Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
The Opportunity

Options Autism is part of the Outcomes First Group family along with Acorn Education and Care. Together, we educate, care for and support children, young people and adults across the UK.
Greenacres houses young adults who have complex needs and require close supervision whilst being able to enjoy accessing the local community to take part in a range of activities.
