Job Title: Psychotherapist
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 18.75 hours per week / 2.5 days
Contract: Permanent, Part time
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Psychotherapist to join our team at our brand-new Family Assessment Centre in Littlehampton.
This is a chance to support the delivery of therapeutic services in an environment where caring for our children, young people and their families is at the forefront of all we do. As a new role we are looking for someone who is innovative to develop the role further.
The Centre is due to open in September 2022.
About the role:
Our Psychotherapist position is a brand-new operational role which allows the opportunity to support families and children’s emotional wellbeing and development positively and creatively through providing direct therapy with children, therapeutic support with the families and staff & also partake in group work and training.
Our centre will offer a nurturing and loving environment where our families and children will be made to feel comfortable and flourish with our support. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where the people we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

- Relevant therapy qualification, minimum Level 4 Diploma
- BACP/PTUK/BAPT/HCPC registration or equivalent
- Skilled in and passionate about reflective practice
- Experience of working with children with complex needs (desirable)
- Driving License and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated speciality
