About the Role

Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for a commercial professional to come and join our growing team. 

As our Business Development Business Partner, you will support the Business Development Director in identifying business development opportunities through market analysis and business partnering. 

You’ll work closely with referral hubs and develop a good picture of the group’s referral database. You will support in the compilation of business/investment cases and develop key relationships internally and externally to support the strategy and growth of the business. 

This role will see you work closely with marketing to execute local campaigns and seminars to drive demand and a solid pipeline for key projects.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • Experience in business development or Customer Relationship Management 
  • Experience in local authority engagement
  • Experience in commissioning of new services
  • Good awareness of the sectors we operate in (Education/Fostering/Care). 
  • Good analytical skills for competition research and market drivers i.e. demand, diagnosis rates
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good awareness of due diligence process/acquisition/disposals
  • Database development and excel skills
  • Programme/project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work internally and externally across a range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Good influencing skills with commercial acumen 
  • Business case development skills
