Salary: £21,881.60 per annum

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Contract: Full Time; Permanent

The Opportunity

Options Autism, a part of the Outcomes First Group of companies, are recruiting Adult Support Workers to join our teams in the West Sussex region. Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.   This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.  Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The homes are based in West Sussex and within commutable distance of Worthing, Littlehampton, Brighton and surrounds.

Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:

  • People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
  • Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
  • Be patient, resilient and calming
  • Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
  • Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
