Salary:              £28,204.80 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our brand-new team at Syon Manor College.

The Site Manager will contribute to the growth and development of the college and will lead on the delivery of providing a warm, safe, and secure environment in which all learners are able to thrive.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who wants to influence the outcomes for students with autism and various complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a college where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The successful candidate must have site management experience, along with knowledge of building regulations and health and safety policies and procedures. You will be able to respond to emergency situations in a calm and rational manner and be able to work as part of a team and independently.

About us

Syon Manor is our brand-new Post 16 independent specialist college, providing education to students aged 16+ years with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities offering vocational training. The College is due to open in January 2022 and will open with a small cohort of students with the view of steadily increasing the number of students to a maximum of 60 over the next four years.
