Job Title:         Maintenance Professional

Location:         Kirkby Lonsdale; Lancashire

Salary:             £21,153.60 per annum

Contract:         40 hours per week.

We are Options for Autism, we specialise in providing residential care to adults with autism and learning disabilities and have homes across the country. 

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our fantastic team across our Underley Gardens Adult group homes. As a Maintenance Professional, you will support our adult residential service on site to maintain buildings and equipment to the high standards set by the company and external regulators. This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience who is friendly, reliable, approachable, and flexible, with previous experience in a relevant trade.  You will be conscientious and understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.
