Salary:                £19,832 - £20,712 per annum 

Hours:                37.5 hours per week; ​Mon-Fri 08.30am - 16.30pm plus on call duties as per rota (7 days on call)

Contract:            Permanent

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on Maintenance Professional to join our fantastic team at Higford School near Shifnal. As the Maintenance Professional, you will help support our children and young people in their daily lives, by ensuring our sites are well maintained and equipped to meet their needs.

Purpose of Post

To work as part of our ‘one team’ to assist in the everyday education and care of young people.

General Responsibilities

  • To oversee maintenance work across the school as allocated by the site manager
  • To work within health and safety arrangements
  • Offer a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be able to work on your own initiative (unsupervised), as well as part of a Team to maintain a high standard on the site.
