Salary: up to £57,500 per annum

Heath Farm Fostering, an independent fostering agency, has an exciting opportunity to work creatively and dynamically to develop and deliver therapeutic services where caring for children and young people, carers, staff and best practice are at the heart of the team and the vision of the Group.
The Clinical Lead is an exciting specialised operational management role predominantly located at Heath Farm Fostering in Whitstable, however, is a Kent based role and covers a geographical operating region with oversight of Essex/London clinicians, carers, children and young people.
About the Role
The post and its supporting team are located within a designated Local Wellbeing & Clinical Hub which caters to the wider Kent area. However, this position is based at Heath Farm Fostering with an objective to manage the local independent clinical resource for the agency, providing outstanding care and aspirations for children and young people which is aided by clinical intervention. Services comprise of an independent Clinical Psychologist, independent Psychotherapists from a number of disciplines and an Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapists are accessible via the wider Kent hub.
The post holder will hold clinical responsibility, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team providing services of, but not limited to - Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology and other appropriate professions as the allocated service requires to meet the needs of children, young people and adult’s -both staff and fostering families.
The post holder will be responsible for the outstanding functionality of the Local Wellbeing & Clinical Hub achieved through a substantial local resource being at their disposal to ensure the service is responsive and makes an impact in the best interests of vulnerable children and young people.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Clinician. Someone with a holistic and integrated approach to care, education and clinical services would be perfect for this role. The ideal applicant will be a Senior Therapist, a HPCP registered Practitioner Psychologist/ Social Worker with recognised therapy training, with experience of working with children and young adults.
