Job Title:          School Administrator

Location:         Park School, Chipping Norton

Salary:              £11,000 per annum

Hours:              15-20 hours per week, mornings (Mon – Fri)

Contract:          Fixed Term Contract

 

Are you an Administrator committed to improving the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fantastic team at Park School, Chipping Norton.  As part of the team you will assist in managing the financial operations of the site, and will provide administrative and clerical functions for the school and its staff, ensuring that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and timely way and in compliance with the requirements of the group and the school senior leadership team.

You will be well supported and line-managed by our Senior Administrator.  You will hold a central role within our growing staff teams across both care and education - a team of over 200 staff.  All our administrators work closely with the centralised services teams provided by our parent group, the Outcomes first Group, who will provide you with all the training and support needed both as you start and routinely thereafter in addition to supporting you with your career ambitions through exceptional ongoing training and support.  You will work closely with a Senior Finance Manager who supports several services within the Outcome first Group on a daily basis.
