Our Support Workers work with Senior Support Workers / Advanced Practitioners, Team Leaders, Home/Flat Managers the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager. So, whether you are a Support Worker wanting to enjoy your role as a Support Worker within a well-resourced provision, or you are someone who would like to progress your career we have something to offer everyone.
Based in 30 acres of beautiful countryside we have excellent surroundings, resources and facilities for our service users which includes an onsite gym, restaurant, horticultural area where our staff and residents can grow their own fruit and veg and then enjoy adding these to recipes. Outdoor picnic area, sensory garden, music, art and IT suites. Each year we host a Summer Festival to bring together our employees and families for a day of fun which includes painting, silent disco, t-shirt making, an ice cream van and more!
We are always looking to improve our resources and environment and have recently refurbished many of our indoor and outdoor spaces. All staff now have access to technology which enables them to access information in real time whenever they need it, this has removed the need for manual paperwork and you can even use the voice recognition tool which transcribes your notes for you giving you more time to focus on your day to day tasks.
Malvern also benefits from an in-house specialist clinical team which consists of Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. This means we have skilled therapeutic input on hand and multi-disciplinary working to ensure the highest quality care and outcomes.
