Are you a Nurse with experience within an acute healthcare environment now seeking an opportunity to work as a Deputy Manager within a residential care environment?  If so, we have the ideal role for you!

Here at Options Autism we specialise in providing high quality care to adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.  We are currently looking to add to our leadership team at our home Little Acre Annex based in Melton Mowbray.  As Deputy Nurse Manager you will work with both operational and clinical teams to ensure our residents receive the best possible support.  Reporting directly to the Registered Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership within the home.  Working to ensure regulatory requirements are met CQC / CIW and ensuring the service users receive high quality care and support at all times.

Requirements:

For this role we require an experienced Nurse who has worked within an acute healthcare environment.  You will have experience of undertaking clinical assessments and operating machinery such as respiratory equipment.  You will now be looking for a new career where you can apply your skills within a residential care environment supporting a small number of residents and ensuring care plans and holistic approaches are applied at all times.

This role is a part time position, working 25 hours per week.
