Horticulture Instructor

Unqualified Teacher Salary: Up to £20000 Part time ( 3 days a week)

We are looking for an experienced Instructor to join our fantastic team at Bramfield School.As an Instructor, you will deliver fun based learning to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for an Instructor who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with individual and small groups of pupils in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for an Instructor, experienced in a range of subjects which could include Food Technology, Art, Crafts, Horticulture, PE & Games and any other practical based activities that could engage and motivate students. You will work closely with our Teachers, helping deliver our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Already experienced in an Special Educational Needs environment, you will be forward thinking, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by supporting families and helping every child to reach their potential.

Located in rural Suffolk, Bramfield House School is an independent residential special educational needs school for boys aged 7 – 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties and associated challenging behaviours.
