Are you an experienced recruiter, looking to develop your career in an in house Health and Social/ Education sector?

We are looking for a confident, organised, self-motivated Recruiter to join our fantastic Resourcing team at Outcomes First Group. As an In-house Recruiter, you will transform our approach to recruiting senior managers and volume vacancies, in our Special Educational Needs (SEN) Schools and Care homes.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a team committed to providing SEN Schools and Children’s Care Homes with staff, who can successfully help children with varied and complex needs. You will work alongside our Children’s Division to help directly source for senior roles, talent pool, develop project plans and on occasions lead on improvement meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.

Our Children’s division is growing rapidly and so, as our recruiter, you will use your pre-existing and developing 360-degree knowledge to not only directly source but also to develop relationships with our Headteachers and Regional Directors and be there to guide, advise, assist and manage expectations. You will act as a business partner, exercising judgement on the most effective recruitment strategies for campaigns and work with the Resourcing Manager and Senior Resourcing administrator to define and agree recruitment project plans. To be successful, you should be a confident communicator, motivated, organised and intuitive.

Previous experience in a similar in-house role would be great but if you only have agency experience, please still apply, as training and support will be provided. The right motivation, personal qualities, and levels of initiative are just as important. This role is ideal for people who have worked in customer facing industries who have experience of a 360-recruitment role.

You will be quality focused, efficient, able to work at pace and motivated to help us become the leading recruitment team within Children’s services.
