Job Title: Group Curriculum Lead
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 plus £3000 car allowance.
Location: National
Hours: Monday – Friday

We’re looking for a Group Curriculum Lead to join the Outcomes First Group. Someone with an Educational background who is a qualified teacher and has significant curriculum design and development experience would be perfect for this role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Group curriculum lead who can develop a consistent curriculum that is innovative, creative and fit for each of our individual School’s purpose. 

The successful candidates will work with the Regional Directors, our Quality team and our Head of service, to ensure the curriculum across the group is consistent and exceed external best practice standards

The Group curriculum Lead will use their expertise to develop, implement and monitor a sector-leading curriculum and best practice across the group. They will take responsibility for the development across the Group and ensure audits are performed to monitor the effectiveness of the curriculum.

The post holder will ensure appropriate standards are maintained in relation to Education and consider how important the link with care and clinical programmes is. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with Senior Professional colleagues to ensure services are structured, staffed, trained and operated to deliver high quality and individually tailored programmes to meet the needs of each young person.

 

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will be working in a newly developed role and therefore, the ability to work in a team, coach staff and utilise personal expertise, experience and contacts to ensure successful implementation and development of this strategy is key.

You must be able to build and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders, work well within a team, have great written and verbal communication skills and be organised.

Ideally you will have worked with vulnerable children and have some experience developing a tailored curriculum to meet specific needs. The ideal candidate would also think creatively of new ideas to be able to provide our children and young people with the best opportunities for development.

 

Essential Criteria

  • English, mathematics or science teaching experience
  • Significant curriculum design and development experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status
