Outcomes First Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bryn Melyn Care from its founder Brendan McNutt and 3 minor shareholders.on 6th October 2020.
Bryn Melyn Care (BMC) is a leading provider of therapeutic residential care, independent education, and integrated clinical services for children and young people with multiple and complex needs.
Established in 1985, BMC delivers a portfolio of specialist services, for young people aged 7-18, from crisis and assessment placements, through to long-term placements and preparation for independent living.
This acquisition extends Outcomes First Group’s portfolio by 27 specialist residential care homes; 1 independent day school, KS2-KS5 boys and girls; 1 specialist home for those with learning disabilities, autism and associated behavioural needs; and 2 specialist residential schools.
Outcomes First Group – the UK’s leading children’s service provider – provide individually tailored support plans for each child and young person in their care across the country, thus creating a safe and nurturing environment in which these individuals can learn, grow and succeed.
