Momenta Connect Welcomes Love to Communicate

We’re delighted to announce that Love To Communicate has joined Momenta Connect, part of the Outcomes First Group family. We’re thrilled to welcome their dedicated team, along with their valued schools, families, and partners, into our growing community.

After many successful years supporting thousands of children and young people, joining the Group provides Love to Communicate with the guidance, expertise, and resources to build on everything they have already achieved.

Schools, families and partners can expect no change to usual operations. The same teams who have worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional outcomes will continue to do so, maintaining the same commitment to clinical excellence and personalised care that has always defined Love to Communicate.

To ensure a smooth transition into the Group, Jodi Lea-Trowman, Founder & Director of Love to Communicate will be staying for a handover period to ensure a supportive transition for pupils and staff. I’m proud beyond words of all that we’ve achieved together – the passion, creativity, and commitment shown by our staff and partners every single day.
