We recognise that supporting our colleagues to realise their career goals and fulfill their ambitions is central to building happy and dynamic teams.
There are a number of development programmes that support this, including Teachers of Tomorrow.
The Teachers of Tomorrow programme is exclusive to Outcomes First Group, designed with our talented, passionate, and highly skilled teams, in mind to help our colleagues achieve success in their dream careers, irrespective of their previous experience in these roles.
We offer a variety of apprenticeships:
Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship
Allows colleagues to teach young people aged 14-16 or 16+ and adults within all parts of the education and training section, ensuring that students achieve the best possible knowledge, skills and behaviours with current, comprehensive, and challenging teaching.
Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship
Allows colleagues to teach pupils aged 3 – 19 in a variety of settings across England, achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct and demonstrating consistently high standards of personal and professional conduct; with strong and up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Assessment Only
For experienced teachers who have been teaching for a minimum of 2 years, with experience teaching in two different schools with significant experience of two key stages across one of the following age ranges: 3-11 (primary), 7-14 (middle) or 11-19 (secondary).
