Supervisory Management Development Programme

In the Autumn of 2013 the Company launched the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 3 Award. This qualification is aimed at staff employed in a supervisory capacity who have management responsibilities but no formal management training.

We are committed to developing management potential, not only to ensure our managers manage effectively, but also to develop skills and expertise to support the company’s performance and growth.
We offered 19 employees a place on the course and they completed in the late Spring of 2014 with all of them successfully achieving the ILM Level 3 Award.

This is what some of our delegates had to say about the ILM course:
“I gained valuable insight into how to delegate, recognising it is a powerful tool to develop your team’s skill base as well as allowing the manager to focus on other priorities.”

“It gave me a better and clearer understanding of how I need to manage to be successful.”

“It was structured perfectly for my job role as I was able to implement what I had learnt on a daily basis”

” How important it is to be a good role model for your team in order to succeed.”

Well done to all who completed the course.
