Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: The Wenlock School
Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 22.5 - 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
We are looking for a Speech & Language Therapist to join our in house Clinical Team at The Wenlock School in Dudley. Working collaboratively with this outstanding school, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs. You may be newly qualified and looking for your first role, or an experienced Speech & Language Therapist looking for a new challenge. With the full support of our established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.

The Wenlock School opened in September 2018. We are a co-educational day school catering for pupils aged 7-18 with a range of complex needs including a range of social, emotional and mental health needs and also pupils who have been diagnosed with autism or demonstrate behaviours associated with autism.

Essential Criteria:
- Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
- Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
- Registered member of RCSLT
- Previous experience of paid or voluntary work within a trauma or complex needs setting
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Hold a full UK driving licence, with access to a car
