Job Title:             School & Home Administrator

Salary:                 £21,500 per annum

Location:             The Shires – Stretton, Stretton, Rutland

Hours:                 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 

Contract:             Permanent

the successful applicant will welcome visitors into the school/home and provide administrative and clerical functions for the school/home and its staff, ensuring that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and timely way and in compliance with the requirements of the Outcomes First Group and the school senior leadership team.

This job's start date will be the beginning of term September 2022.

Essential

  • Must be computer literate - Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have good analytical and reporting skills
  • Must be a good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work accurately to deadlines
  • Must be able to keep a very high level of confidentiality
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence

About the School

The Shires is made up of three sites all within a 15-minute drive of one another. The sites consist of two Special Educational Needs (SEN) Schools and one Residential homes.  We help care for and support 33 young people aged 11-19 and 8 young adults who have been diagnosed with Autism and may have accompanying learning disabilities, behavioural problems or medical conditions.
