Vacancy Title: Care Home Administrator

Location: Burghwood House, Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £10,249.88 per annum

Hours: 20 hours per week; 4 hours per day (hours to suit)

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an Administrator to join our fantastic team. As an Administrator, you will support the running of the day-to-day workings of the Children’s Home in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for an administrator who wants to develop whilst working alongside staff who, in turn work with children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a service where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

About us:

Burghwood House is an Ofsted registered care and education campus which is set in the picturesque countryside of West Sussex. The home offers a holistic model of care and education to children and young people aged 11 – 18 years, with Social, Emotional, Mental Health difficulties. Burghwood House seeks to maintain stable placements so that the residents build relationships, enhance their feelings of self-worth and develop a desire to learn.

The home is located near Horsham and is commutable from Slinfold, Barns Green, Crawley, Leatherhead, Guildford, Worthing and other surrounding towns and villages.
