Salary: From £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5:00pm with some flexibility to meet the needs of the home

Are you looking to progress your career in Residential Childcare? We are seeking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to work at our home based in Thurcroft in South Yorkshire.

Osprey House is a four bed registered Children’s home. We support Children and Young to build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests. 

This home is based in Thurcroft and is within commuting distance from Rotherham, Sheffield, Thurcroft and surrounds.

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager or a current Registered Manager to join our fantastic team at Osprey House. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.

The successful candidate will effectively manage the small care team to achieve the best outcomes for our residents, whilst providing a safe and secure environment and maintaining CQC and Quality Care Standards.

Qualified to RMA or QCF 4, Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare or equivalent and having the willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for H&SC & C&YP Service you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader able to motivate your team to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
