As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role within Outcomes First Group, working with all colleagues within the wider People Services function to ensure we deliver excellent administration service to all staff and managers with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Our HR Administrator you will act as the first point of contact for all People and People systems related enquiries. You’ll provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service ensuring that the HR database is accurately maintained, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Good administration experience
  • Experience working with computer systems
  • A knowledge of HR, this could be a recently gained HR qualification or previous experience
  • Good customer service skills and sense of urgency
  • The ability to build strong and lasting relationships

This role would suit someone with limited HR experience looking to further their career and increase their skills in a supportive and fast paced role.
