Job Title: Deputy Manager – Family Assessment Centre

Salary: Upto £35,000

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to help us with opening a brand new Family Assessment centre in Littlehampton.  

About the Role

As the Deputy Manager of our brand new Family Assessment Centre you will support the registered manager in the day-to-day operational management of the service and, when necessary, deputise for them in their absence. You will line manage a team of Senior Support Workers and help them in development.The successful candidate will follow relevant guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment that meets Ofsted legislation and regulations.

Who we are looking for?

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults/families, preferably in a residential setting, with at least 2 years’ experience. You will be comfortable managing conflict and working with families that will be in a state of distress and experience in the delivery of parenting assessments.

 

Essential Criteria

  • 2 years experience of working with Children, Young People or Families
  • Understanding of Ofsted regulations
  • A level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or similar
  • A willingness to undertake a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
  • Evidence of Continuous professional development
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle
