Salary: £21,153.60 - £23,670.40 per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Maintenance Professional in our Adult Residential Home based in Banham, on a permanent basis.

Options Autism supports Young Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs in a residential setting, and therefore, your duties will include:

  • Maintain Buildings and equipment to high standards set by the company and external regulators
  • Refurbishment tasks and repairs
  • Weekly and monthly checks on heating, fire and water checks and record appropriately
  • General Maintenance tasks around the residential home
  • Maintain a strong safeguarding culture where residents are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible

We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience who is friendly, reliable, approachable, and flexible.  You will be conscientious and understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.
