Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Hours: 40 hours per week + On Call Responsibilities

Contract: Permanent

Essential: Full driving licence, and the Right to Work in the UK. You must have two years’ experience in Residential Children’s services within the last 5 years.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to join our fantastic team at The Farm House, based in Porton, Wiltshire. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.

About us:

Our home is part of Wessex College and is a large home situated in a small rural village on the outskirts of Salisbury. The home has a large garden giving the young people lots of space to have fun outside. It is a four-bed home that caters for both boys and girls aged between 9 and 18 years old.
