Job Title: Registered Manager
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Hours: 40 hours per week + On Call Responsibilities
Can you enrich the lives of young people as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Residential setting?
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our fantastic team at The Farm House, based in Porton, Wiltshire. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.

Level 5 QCF (or working towards it), you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader able to motivate your team to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
Our home is part of Wessex College and is a large home situated in a small rural village on the outskirts of Salisbury. The home has a large garden giving the young people lots of space to have fun outside. It is a four bed home that caters for both boys and girls aged between 9 and 18 years old.
