Salary: £21,039.20 - £21,437.00 per annum (£9.52 - £9.70 per hour)

Location: Hazel House, Grantham

As a young adult and adult’s Support Worker within our residential home in Hazel House, you will work directly with vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs to provide them with the care, support and opportunities they need to be happy, healthy and to make their way in the world. Each day you will be supporting individuals to develop independent life skills, from personal care to daily routines. You will also have the freedom to make each day as fun and fulfilling as possible working with residents to enjoy and explore their hobbies from baking and arts and crafts to outdoor activities such as gardening, camping, and walking.
