We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at Underley Gardens School as a Senior Residential Care Worker. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Senior Residential Care Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will lead children in activities, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administrate medication.

 

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

 

Already qualified to NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (desirable), you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work with emotional needs and challenging behaviour, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
