Job Title:         Care Support Data Administrator

Location:         Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire

Salary:              £9,50 - £11,00 per hour (£9,880 - £11,440 per annum)

Hours:              20 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.30pm (flexible)

Contract:          Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fantastic team. As an Administrator, you will support the running of the day-to-day workings of the Children’s Home in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for an administrator who wants to develop whilst working alongside staff who, in turn work with children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a service where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Educated to GCSE Grade C (5) in English and Maths, previous experience of working in an administration would be desirable, excellent IT and communications skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Options Barton offers a flexible package of care and education including weekly or termly boarding, as well as 52 weeks per year. We are able to offer residential placements for children who attend Barton School as well as offering placements to children who receive education elsewhere.  This integrated offering is more suited to children who generally have a high level of need and associated emotional and behavioural difficulties.
