Job Title:         Quality and Assurance Administrator

Hours:              37.5 hours per week (however we will consider part time too)

Location:          Home Based with occasional attendance to the Bolton Head Office

Salary:              up to £22,000 per annum

Contract:          Permanent

About the Role

As the Quality and Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible to delivering an efficient and professional administrative service to all stakeholders within the Quality function.

You will maintain and update management information and circulate reports to relevant professionals, identifying and collating any themes or trends. You will ensure our systems are robust and data is regularly updated and also help us implement a new management information system for policy management.

It will be your responsibility to prepare the monthly newsletter and share this with independent visitors as well as organising visits with them to our services. You will also organise meetings and team days as and when required.


Who we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be skilled in keeping and maintaining accurate management information. You will also have strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word.

We are looking for an excellent communicator on the phone and email and be able to develop positive working relationships with a variety of people. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail ensuring records and data is accurate and processes are followed. We want someone who is keen to make a difference every day.
