Salary: £18,720 - £19,760 per annum (£9.00 - £9.50 per hour) & £45 per sleep in

We are looking for a responsible, caring individual to join our fantastic team at Sunnycroft as a Support Worker. As the Support Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Support Workers carry out an essential and varied role to develop independent life skills and provide the bespoke support required by the children and young people in our care. You will support, mentor, and educate our children in day-to-day activities to develop emotional and social needs, and help them develop practical skills to enhance or enable independent living.

Already qualified to or willing to work towards your NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work the required shifts, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
We are a 4 bedded residential home set in a semi-rural picturesque part of Telford. Working with a diverse group of young people to support their day to day living where you will be part of a committed team to encompass wrap-around care involving education/well-being and nurturing therapeutic support to young people. We offer a comprehensive training package to support you in your role along with a competitive salary. The regulatory bodies Ofsted inspected the service judging it ‘Good with outstanding elements'.
