We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team at Rotherham as a Bank Residential Childcare Worker. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will chaperone the children to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips to the zoo, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.
When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Residential Childcare Worker, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.
Previous experience in a care setting would be great but isn’t essential as full training will be given, and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. These roles are ideal for people working in customer facing industries including retail, hospitality and leisure, looking for a new role that makes a real difference to children’s lives and futures.
