Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Location: Barnfield Lodge - Telford
Salary: £18,720 - £19,760 per annum (£9.00 - £9.50 ph) plus £45 per sleep in
Hours: 40 hrs per week (average)
Contract: Full Time
We are looking for a Therapeutic Support Worker to join our fantastic team at Barnfield Lodge. You will be joining an experienced and dedicated staff team that offer therapeutic support to 5 children in a way that maximises their individual achievement and ability to develop.

Whilst previous experience of working in a Children's Home would be desirable, excellent care skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
