Job Title: Head of Resourcing
Location: Bolton, Head Office with possibility of flexible home working
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 – Monday to Friday

This is a new role created out of continued growth and the need to more strategically partner with the business to deliver a proactive and market leading recruitment service. Our business moves quickly and the purpose of this role is to ensure Resourcing are ahead of the curve enabling future growth.
As Head of Resourcing for Professional Practice you will report into the Group Head of Resourcing and manage a team of eight with three direct reports. You will be accountable for recruitment across Fostering, Education, Clinical and Central Services.
Your primary objective will be to proactively develop talent pipelines for key roles by developing attraction strategies informed by an in-depth knowledge of the core sectors and candidate markets. To achieve this you will develop a strong network of suppliers, partnerships and senior industry players. You will partner closely with the managing directors, HR and Talent to forecast needs and further develop attraction and talent strategies.
Essential to the role will be your ability to develop your team to allow them to progress in their roles and into bigger roles, including your own. In return you will receive the same opportunities for progression.
To be successful you will be a Head of Resourcing in an equivalent or smaller organisation. You will have a proven record of setting and achieving against clear key performance indicators.
It is essential you have experience of delivering and developing company-wide attraction strategies for multiple role types. You will understand the importance of market insight and a strong and continuously improving employer brand.
You will be a strong networker who ideally has experience in recruiting in one or more of the key sectors outlined above.
This role comes with a varied stakeholder landscape so it is important you are experienced at managing senior stakeholder relationships and setting strategies for your team to effectively partner the business.
