Job Title:         Resourcing Manager (Central Services)

Location:         Bolton, Head Office with possibility of flexible home working

Salary:              £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hours:              37.5 – Monday to Friday

You will own recruitment to our central services (head office) vacancies. From vacancy approval to offer you will manage the end-to-end process. The role

This is a new role created out of continued growth and the need to better recruit to our head office roles and better service our central service Heads of Department. Our business moves quickly and the purpose of this role is to ensure Resourcing are ahead of the curve enabling future growth.  

As Resourcing Manager for Central Services you will report into the Head of Resourcing for Professional Practice. You will be accountable for recruitment to our central services departments: HR, Finance, Marketing, Learning and Talent, IT and Compliance and Quality.

Your primary objective will be to drive recruitment performance by fulfilling live vacancies and proactively developing talent pipelines for key roles. This is a hands on role with you managing the end to end process from vacancy approval to offer. You will take the hiring manager brief, write the advert, design and deliver the attraction strategy and assist in screening and selection for key roles.

Key to your success will be developing a strong employer brand in our key hiring locations, in particular by raising the profile of OFG in Bolton, Greater Manchester and the north-west.

This is a high profile role as you will work closely with Heads of Department and members of the Executive Team, recruiting to senior and specialist roles regularly.  

About you

To be successful you will need significant end to end recruitment experience and experience of recruiting into a corporate head office for the central service departments outlined above. You will have a proven record of attracting, sourcing and selecting for varied roles.  

It is essential you have experience of taking hiring manager briefs and translating into adverts and attraction strategies. You will be able to write your own adverts, source candidates directly for key roles and account manage recruitment agencies. You will have extensive experience of screening, shortlisting and interviewing, and experience of recruiting to senior and specialist vacancies.

This role comes with a varied stakeholder landscape so it is important you are experienced at managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
