Role: Facilities Administrator

Contract: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week

Salary Equivalent to: £9.15 – £10.98 per hour

We are Options Autism; part of Outcomes First Group certified Great Place to Work for the past two years running. For sixteen years, we have been providing specialist care for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. We currently have an opportunity to join us at Options Malvern View based in Hanley Castle, Worcestershire as a Facilities Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide a high quality comprehensive and confidential administrative support to our Facilities Manager as part of our Facilities Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a number of administration tasks including the following:

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate messages to the relevant people
  • Make outgoing calls to order equipment or repairmen
  • Manage the facilities Managers diary
  • Take ownership of the maintenance log making such accurate and up to date information is provided at all times
  • Keep records and documents up to date making sure to follow GDPR at all times.
