Job Title:               Registered Manager

Hours:                   40 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced Registered Manager who is looking for the next step in their career. As well as ensuring our Home meets all regulatory requirements, the role will also involve developing our current House Managers to become Registered Managers of their own areas, and then assume the role of Head of Care for the site continuing to support best practice and lead development our Children’s Home.

Ashley Lodge is an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ registered independent children’s home offering residential care for children & young people aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. The 6 bedded home, set in a rural location in North Hampshire, offers a holistic model of care and education for the residents, which is designed to provide an enriching and positive environment.

Ashley Lodge is within commutable distance from Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury, Slough and other surrounding towns and villages.
