Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Salary: Starting hourly rate of £10.00 rising to £10.30 per hour after probation. (£22,360 - £23,030.80 per annum) Qualified to Level 2 pay scale will be £10.50 per hour, £23,478 per annum.

About the role
Malvern View is a specialist residential service for adults with complex needs, autism and learning disabilities. We are currently seeking a Night Support Worker to join our existing team, an ideal role for those who want to make a difference to the lives of others and work as part of a dedicated close knit team to provide the highest standards of care at all times. As a waking Night Support Worker you will be responsible for assisting with morning and night time routines, taking a handover from the day shift team, recording all notes as required with the support of our high quality technology. Being available whilst on shift to provide any support and care as required through the night shift. Following best practice guidelines at all times.
The role is based at Hanley Castle, within travelling distance of Worcester, Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester. Set in 30 acres of beautiful countryside the service has excellent resources and facilities for our service users which includes a gym, horticultural area, music, art and IT suites. We also host an annual summer festival!
Who are we looking for?
We provide an excellent training and induction programme, as such we can consider those with or without previous healthcare experience. Others have successfully joined us from a range of backgrounds such as; retail, hospitality, fitness, nursing, trades industries and more!
