Overton School is looking for an experience Business Administration Manager to join our fantastic multi-disciplinary team as a School Business Manager.

As a School Business Manager, you will assist with the strategic day-to-day running of the School; this will include assisting with finance, IT, infrastructure and maintenance along with helping the Principal with the growth plans for the School. You will make decisions focused in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, organised and resilient and who wants to help to make a difference to children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Overton is a coming up to a three-year-old school, which supports Children and Young people, aged 11-18, who have Autism and additional needs. The School is based on extensive grounds with vocational and academic spaces for the Children to learn within.

Whilst previous experience of working in a School would be desirable, excellent organisational skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

You will also have the opportunity to manage and develop a number of School support staff such as Administrators, Catering Manager and Maintenance manager and so a strong sense of Leadership would be essential.

In return, we will offer you all you need to provide excellent care and to have a rewarding and satisfying career. We are committed to listening and learning from everyone, to ensure we enable people to enjoy genuinely fulfilling lives. This is why we empower and trust our Registered Managers to make decisions on referrals.
