Are you a Teacher committed to improving the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our fantastic team at Waterloo Lodge School. As a Food Technology Teacher, you will deliver lessons to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with pupils who require extra support with learning, in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Food Technology Teacher to support and motivate some of our most troubled and reluctant learners. You will work closely with our Teachers and Senior Teacher, helping us in our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Already experienced in an SEN or mainstream education environment, you will be forward thinking, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of mentoring, motivated by supporting families and helping every child to reach their potential.
