About the Role
We are looking for a receptionist to join our Bolton Office on a part-time basis. You will be required to work 17.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 1.30pm to 5pm.
You will be responsible for maintaining and delivering an efficient and professional frontline reception and admin service to all stakeholders. The role includes switchboard and office administrative duties, which should be carried out in a customer-centred manner whilst working as part of a team.
Our Receptionist will deal with all office orders, deliveries and the central booking service. You will ensure rooms are appropriately set up for meetings and refreshments are available.
Who we are looking for
You will have a proven track record within administrative/ reception roles and hold excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be well presented at all times and be calm, friendly and approachable - even when things get busy.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls and should be able to deal with any enquiries efficiently. It is important you are well organised and are comfortable prioritising your workload with conflicting deadlines.
