About the Role
As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional support, advice and assistance to our Legal and Compliance team on a diverse range of subjects, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, property, data protection, insurance, litigation and regulation as and when required in which no two days are the same.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will hold an LLB or LPC qualification or have experience of working as a Legal Executive. It would be highly desirable if you have an understanding of the UK Health and Safety Legislation, however this is not essential.
You will also possess a strong administration background and will have the ability to work in an organised and logical manner on multiple processing activities. We need someone who really focuses on the detail and will encourage thorough and safe working practices. This will be a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who can manage priorities across multiple cases and stick to timescales.
You will also be a point of contact to help resolve queries received from several stakeholders so experience providing an efficient and professional customer service is essential.
