We are looking for an experienced SENCo to join our fantastic team at Heath Farm School, in Ashford, Kent.

This is a great opportunity for a SENco who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with individual and small groups of pupils in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Already experienced in an SEN environment, you will be forward thinking, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by supporting families and helping every child to reach their potential.

The main purpose of the SENCo Support is to support the Deputy Head – Wellbeing with you taking responsibility to upload information before, post PEP meetings, and liaise with teaching staff to input factual and up to date data.

Assist with the management of the provision for pupils with SEND, particularly for those who are CiC.  Duties will include allocating dedicated support time for pupils, creating and collating relevant PEP paperwork, leading and/or contributing to PEP meetings with wider professionals, contributing to EHC plans and creating and overseeing relevant student passports.
