Job Title: Residential Support Worker 

Location: Bramfield House School, Halesworth

Salary: £17,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week with School holidays off including Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays (Term time only) – No Weekend working.

Contract: Permanent

Bramfield House School has the perfect opportunity for Residential Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Halesworth. This is a term time position working Monday to Friday only!

As a Residential Support Worker, you will support our young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, healthy and cared for. Our Residential Support Workers carry out and essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke support required by our young people.

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Support Workers who are looking to continue your career in care but with more sociable hours and a better work life balance. Previous experience of working in a Care / SEN environment is desirable but excellent support skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. We need people who share our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

This role is a 40 hour per week role working a mixture of day and evening shifts between Monday – Friday, we can also accommodate block shift patterns.

Located in rural Suffolk, Bramfield House School is an independent residential special educational needs school for boys aged 7 – 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties.
