We currently have an opportunity to join our resourcing team as a proactive Recruitment Coordinator on a maternity cover basis, fixed term for 12 months. The Resourcing team is dedicated to supporting all divisions of Outcomes First Group, providing a high quality in-house recruitment provision. We source and attract talent into the business, managing the recruitment process from vacancy request to compliance checks and confirmed start. The Resourcing Coordinator role is a fast paced position supporting the divisional Resourcing Manager and operational leads. An ideal opportunity for those who enjoy a fast paced, hands on environment with a wide range of duties from advertising roles, to CV searching, telephone interviews and interview coordination to managing the onboarding process, completing compliance checks and working to time to hire KPIs.
This opportunity sits within our clinical and adult divisions, as such the vacancies will vary from high volume Support Workers requirements to niche requests for qualified clinicians such as Psychologists. This means our candidate types vary from entry level to highly specialised and is an ideal role for those who would enjoy this variety.
It is essential we administer our recruitment process in a timely and effective manner to allow our services to deliver the highest standard of care and to grow. You will manage the end to end recruitment process whilst keeping candidates and managers updated on progress and any challenges. You will play a central role in safeguarding those within in our care by running ‘safer recruitment’ checks on all potential employees. You will be in regular contact with our candidates to keep them informed and to gather the information you need. By running appropriate checks and speaking with previous employers, you will ensure we recruit the best candidates.
As Resourcing Coordinator you will ensure that your team are proactive in bringing candidates to start dates to match KPI targets, whilst also upholding outstanding communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders. To guarantee our quality customer service to our clients the post holder will make sure our checks and services match SLA’s, as well as encouraging continuous improvement by supporting and developing you other team members.
This is a maternity cover role where you will receive on the job training and a fantastic handover from the current post-holder. You will also have the support of the wider Resourcing team, including other Resourcing Coordinators, Resourcing Administrators and the divisional Resourcing Manager.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience with capabilities across attraction and onboarding. You will know how to CV search and how to navigate an ATS (applicant tracking system).
You will be someone who has excellent attention to detail and will be able to prioritise a busy workload without compromising on quality of service and professionalism. You’ll be confident communicating over the phone and will be able to develop positive working relationships with a variety of people. With a keen eye for detail and you will be someone who always keeps accurate records of candidate details and can complete checks efficiently.
