We currently have an opportunity at our Greenacres service for an Advanced Practitioner. The role of Advanced Practitioner is ideal for those with Support Worker experience now looking to progress, taking on extra responsibilities within the service and furthering your career.
As an Advanced Practitioner your duties will be wide and varied and will include both hands on support to the residents whilst also acting as a Team Leader when required, such as Team Leader cover. You will be provided with a good understanding of the Team Leader role, being supported and coached in this career advancing position. You will be working closely with service users, internal colleagues and existing Team Leaders / Managers whilst also working with external parties such as placing authorities, regulatory and inspection bodies, local services and service user relatives, advocates and more.
